At WITR Perfume Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on items in their original sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened perfume in its original box and shipping carton to ensure the glass bottle remains protected during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the seal and condition of the fragrance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
